Adelante Young Men is designed to inform, encourage and inspire young boys to take school seriously, work hard, make smart choices, think big, plan and prepare for the future, and take advantage of every opportunity so that they may achieve their career goals and have a positive impact in their lives, their families and communities.  

 AYM 2012 Conference Was A Success!

Over 1,200 attended the second annual AYM 2012 Conference, with middle and high school boys representing 72 schools and 9 organizations from various counties.

Over 80 workshops sessions were presented by Latino professionals on a variety of career options and topics including, but not limited to:  Business; Finance; Entertainment; Creative Arts; Medicine; Science; Engineering; Law; Preparing for College and Financial Aid, just to name a few.
